What is Radly?
Radly is a free online platform that helps you find, compare, and book appointments at imaging clinics across Australia. Search for X-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, CT scans, and more.
Is Radly free for patients?
Yes, Radly is completely free for patients. There are no booking fees or hidden charges. You only pay the clinic's normal scan fee (or nothing if bulk billed).
Do I need a referral?
Most imaging services require a valid doctor's referral for Medicare rebates. Bring your referral letter to your appointment. Some clinics accept walk-ins for standard X-rays.
How are clinics verified?
We verify imaging clinics are accredited through relevant bodies such as RANZCR, ADIA, and ASAR. Radiographers are registered with AHPRA.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel bookings through your dashboard. Please note that individual clinics may have their own cancellation policies.
How do I list my clinic on Radly?
Register your interest as a clinic operator. Our team will set up your profile with services, accreditations, and equipment details so you can start receiving bookings.
What health funds are supported?
We display which health funds each clinic accepts, including Medicare bulk billing. Check the clinic's profile for specific fund coverage.
How long do results take?
Result turnaround varies by clinic and scan type. Most clinics provide reports within 24-48 hours, sent directly to your referring doctor. Check with the specific clinic for their timeframe.
Are reviews genuine?
All reviews are from verified patients who have visited the clinic. Clinics cannot pay to alter or remove reviews.
