I had an excellent experience at Transparent Medical Imaging. A special mention to the gentleman working at the reception who handled my request with exceptional care and kindness. Due to an overseas emergency, my newborn’s ultrasound was initially booked with Werribee Mercy Hospital. After waiting for one and a half months, our appointment was cancelled just one day prior. Due to public holiday, I couldn’t find any other clinic at such short notice. I called almost 15–20 clinics across Victoria, but no one was able to help. That’s when this miracle person at Transparent Medical Imaging stepped in and helped us by booking an emergency appointment. To make matters more challenging, I got stuck in traffic due to accidents and arrived almost an hour late. Despite this, the entire team waited for more than an hour and ensured that my newborn’s ultrasound was completed. I truly cannot thank them enough for their compassion and dedication. This experience reassured me that kindness and genuine public service still exist. Highly recommend this clinic. Huge thanks to the entire team.
