I needed to find another ultrasound clinic last minute after my original booking was cancelled. I called several clinics around the western area, but most were fully booked due to the upcoming holidays, and a few that had availability were quite expensive. I was initially hesitant to book here because of the low ratings, but after speaking with the receptionist on the phone, I felt much more comfortable. She was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and managed to fit me in for an appointment the very next day, which I really appreciated. The clinic itself is new and very clean. The sonographer was friendly and reassuring, explaining things to me throughout the scan. I also received a high-quality printout to take home, which was a nice touch. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I don’t feel the current low reviews reflect the quality of care I received. I’m glad I gave this clinic a chance.

I wish i could give 0 reviews to this service. If a patient is 5 minutes late, they will cancel teh appointment but they themselves run 45 minutes late. Such a pathetic service i would not recommend them to anyone.

They are the worst people to deal with, they don't understand the meaning of urgent, it's really ridiculous to speak with them, they are unprofessional people , I suggest never to go them, no wonder why they have rating 2 ! Very bad experience
