Went to Lumus Narre Warren for the first time for a scan. Thank you to Sally at reception for a wonderful welcome, she was polite, friendly and efficient, will definitely return to this clinic. Thank you to Sally, what a great representative for your company 🙂

An absolute disgrace of a experience. I came in for my morphology scan, one of the most important and time-sensitive scans in a pregnancy and was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The receptionist could not locate my referring doctor in her system, despite the referral coming from Monash Health one of the largest hospital networks in Melbourne. Instead of handling this professionally, she was rude, condescending, and unnecessarily loud in front of other patients. Zero empathy, zero competence. My appointment was pushed back two hours from my booked time with no adequate explanation. I was also told that I wasn’t eligible for a Medicare rebate and would have to pay in full, something that doesn't even make sense when you have written bulk billed every where on your billboards. This was the scan where I was meant to find out my baby’s gender. That moment is gone. You cannot give that back. The staff handling front desk need serious retraining in both basic administrative skills and human decency. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, especially expectant mothers who deserve to be treated with care and respect.
