From my initial contact in booking my appointment I found the receptionist Barbara to be extremely helpful and concise in her instructions. Barbara detailed clearly what was required by me in order to be fully prepared for my procedure. On my arrival at the clinic I was once again greeted by Barbara who is very welcoming and happy to address any questions or concerns. The professionalism continued on meeting Kate who facilitated my procedure. Kate was very respectful and carried out the required procedure in a very calming manner. I was made to feel quite relaxed throughout the process. I will purposely select this location if I require any further investigation.
