I recently visited Lakemba Radiology for an urgent ultrasound, and my experience was very positive. The staff were helpful, understanding, and arranged my scan on an urgent basis, which I really appreciated. I was a little hesitant because of some of the Google reviews, but my personal experience was much better than I expected. Everyone treated me professionally and did their best to help. I'm very happy with the service I received and would like to thank the team for their care and efficiency.

I went in for my daughter’s X-ray without an appointment. The staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate us and complete the scan. Unfortunately, my little daughter wasn’t able to go through with it, so we’ll be returning next week to try again. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the staff’s kindness and support.

I had an excellent experience at Lakemba Radiology. My son’s ultrasound was quite urgent, and despite calling at the last minute, the team kindly accommodated us and arranged an appointment promptly. A special thank you to Raba, who was incredibly professional, caring, and helpful throughout the entire process. Her kindness and dedication made a stressful situation much easier for our family. The doctor who performed the ultrasound was also outstanding. She took her time, conducted a very thorough examination, and ensured that every detail was carefully checked. It was clear that she genuinely cared about providing the best possible care. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. The level of customer service and patient care we received was exceptional. I highly recommend Lakemba Radiology to anyone looking for quality medical imaging services.
