An excellent experience. Reception staff were polite and friendly. The MRI practioner, Jo. went above expectations with her explanation, and ensuring my comfort during the MRI then providing a wheelchair chair, walking me out and making sure I safely entered my car.😊

I had a wonderful experience at this medical imaging centre. The waiting room was comfortable and clean, and the reception staff were friendly and polite. The technicians were fantastic - not only professional and skilled, but also engaging, even involving my kids in the process, which made the visit much easier and more enjoyable. On top of that, the service was bulk billed. Overall, a seamless and entirely positive experience. Highly recommended!
