Very efficient service! Made an online request over the weekend and was contacted next business day with a same-day appointment for a bulk-billed CT. Receptionist Mikayla was friendly and professional, as were the nurse and tech. Arrived a bit early and was out within 10 minutes of my appointment time.

Today I went to Lake image North Melbourne for a CT scan . I was a little nervous, but soon as I arrived at the front desk the staff were so friendly and helpful., after filling out a few forms , A short wait I was greeted by Sarah the nurse, Sarah was so very warm & friendly, made me feel comfortable. Sarah explained every step that was about to happen .Thank you Sarah, she looked after me with care . All the staff were very very nice, Highly recommend North Melb

We came for four visits over the course of a couple of months and every time the experience was wonderful and seamless. From the friendly interactions with reception through to the professionalism of the staff during and after the scans, everything was done to make our visits as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this skilled team to anyone who is looking to book a scan.
