The booking in and appointments were made confusing with receptions staff, but the clinicians were amazing. Both the nurse and doctor I encountered were compassionate, skilled and highly professional. They considered checking to ensure I was covered before leaving the room which I rate as extremly professional, personable and considerate. Well done and thanks you.

I had to have a biopsy here recently and I had a very positive experience. I was very well looked after by Nurse Jenny and Dr Vince Mercuri. Jenny was absolutely lovely and kept me calm throughout the procedure. She was warm, funny and friendly. Dr Vince Mercuri also kept me at ease with his gentle voice and manner. Would highly recommend both of them. Thank you for looking after me.
