Was referred to In-House by my GP for a CT scan. Reception team were friendly and accommodating, also efficient. I arrived at 10am sharp for my appointment and barely had to wait more than a few minutes. Timely, efficient and friendly. Was in and out in 20 mins. Clean and well run facility. Was sent my results literally within minutes, just had to download their app and enter some details to gain access.

A really great overall experience at In-house Radiology in Woodend. The reception staff are always friendly and knowledgeable of all Medicare rebates and always do their best at finding the appropriate booking time for my appointments. Gus my sonographer was very good. He explained everything that I needed to know and had a friendly, professional bedside manner.

I was there for a wrist procedure and the care I received was amazing. The radiologist was very informative and talked me through what was happening. The doctor who performed the procedure was very friendly and again went through everything with me. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming.
