My son needed an MRI scan and was pretty nervous about it but Yung the Radiologist assigned to him was professional, kind, and had a calm presence which put him at ease. She broke down the process into small easy steps which made the whole experience easier to manage and less daunting. It helped that she was confident in what she was doing, zero fuss and that reassured him and reduced his nervousness.

I just had a friend visit here this afternoon at 4:05pm no one waiting and she got turned away. This lady is going through a lot and had to leave work early to get there in enough time to clearly make it. The two at reception were very rude and unhelpful. 13/07/2026

Very disappointing customer service at FMIG. We were the first customers to arrive and waited according to the displayed instructions. Nargis saw us enter, but then served a gentleman who arrived after us. When I explained that we had been waiting first, she responded rudely, blamed us for not approaching quickly enough, called me “love” in a dismissive manner, refused to serve us and walked away. Another staff member was helpful, but this experience made us feel uncomfortable, disrespected and unfairly treated. FMIG asks customers to provide feedback, but management also needs to respond and explain what action is being taken. Based on the number of poor customer-service reviews posted over the past three months, this appears to be an ongoing issue rather than an isolated incident. FMIG should review its queueing process, staff conduct and customer-service training.
