I'm surprised at the many low ratings this place has. I've come here twice for two antenatal scans and was very impressed with my experience both times. My 12 week and 20 week scan. The first time it was just the one sonographer. He was super friendly and talked to me throughout the scan so I wasn't in the dark about what was happening. He got us amazing photos to share with our friends and family. The second scan started with a newer sonographer who was in training. The original sonographer I had previously, came in and was guiding her on how to scan the baby. It was a long scan but very thorough and again, I was listening to everything they were saying as it was happening. He made it his mission to get us good photos again, so I went up to pee twice as the baby was being stubborn and not moving to the right position. I really appreciate that he cares enough to want to give us nice photos. He chats throughout and I always feel very at ease as I watch the screen. The front desk staff are also very friendly and happy to help when I have to inquire about something.
