Clean and efficient clinic. Clear advice regarding possible extended waiting times, and an option to request how long if waiting more than 30 minutes. Meant I was not concerned.

My GP referred me to Capital Radiology and my experience, or more appropriately, ‘non experience’ was most disappointing. I called at 8:46am on a Friday to make a booking or confirm opening hours. After holding for 10 minutes during which time I heard repetitive times they were busy, although I was informed I could ‘walk in’ for an X-Ray, so I hung up and went to the clinic. On arrival at the clinic the receptionist, who didn’t seem busy, advised me ‘they don’t do X-Rays on a Friday. I then walked down the street and got both friendly and immediate service from a competing clinic in Douglas Parade😊
