On the phone, I was informed of expected out-of-pocket costs prior to my booking. I was also given the MBS item to make sure it's covered by my insurance as a private patient. I was a little late to my appointment but reception was very accommodating regardless. The staff was very friendly and took their time to explain how the procedure will be prior to doing it. I was provided headphones and earplugs and music to assist with comfort during my procedure which helped a lot. Additionally, my results were reviewed by my doctor in 2 days post-procedure so they were quick to send the report to them as well!

I had my X-ray and ultrasound done here. The staff were very friendly, and I just wish the waiting room could be a bit bigger :-D Big shout-out to the sonographer, Arthur. He explained my condition very thoroughly and was very friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I had an ultrasound of my pelvis done at Capital Radiology and I wanted to share how positive my experience was. The sonographer, Arthur, was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire appointment. He made me feel comfortable and at ease, explained things calmly, and treated me with genuine care and respect. I’ve honestly never had such a good experience during a medical scan before. Arthur’s compassionate approach made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m very grateful for the way I was treated. Thank you again for such excellent care.
