I followed the instructions on the website to book online and sent a copy of the referral via the booking portal. I waited two weeks and had not heard back. I called and told the receptionist o hadn’t heard. She said they were busy. She then said they could not see me for 8 weeks! I had to email my referral again. I went to my early morning Sat appointment for ultrasound and as soon as I walked in I could see the receptionist was slow and tired at 8:30am. No smile. No good morning. Just a blank look on her face. She then asked me for my referral (which I did have in my hand). I had emailed this twice to them. She then Proceeded to ask the usual questions of address. I replied with “yes and nothing has changed.” She replied with a defensive answer of “we still have to check. “ I was not rude or abrupt. She was just not in the mood for customers. It seemed that she complained to the technician seeing me cos the technician treated me cold and slightly apprehensive. It seems that booking system is slow and sloppy response times. Receptionists need to have a warm welcoming attitude rather than the miserable attitude at the desk. If you are going to be in a mood at work then don’t come in. Iv been coming here for ten years and customer service is getting worse.

This place is an absolute disappointment. Went in a couple of weeks back for an MRI. First of all called to make an appointment waited on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes each call. Drive dow to make appointment. Called Mt specialist ro make sure they received scan and reports Sorry Capital didn't send them. Drove down to pick up scans and reports. Only to get treated like I was stupid by receptionist RONNIE. you get better service and respect by 7/11 staff. Capital you have front line staff like RONNIE who don't give a once of respect or concern for people who a going through medical issues. RONNIE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISCRACE. Other people waiting there also commented on how rude she is . FIRST AND LAST TIME

Tried calling multiple times and it’s honestly ridiculous. The phone just rings and rings—easily 20 minutes each time—and no one ever picks up. What’s the point of having a contact number if you’re not going to answer it? Really frustrating experience and a complete waste of time.
