Good service needs great review. Hence this one. The receptionist named Nerrssa was a wonderful human being. When an Ultrasound report needed to be amended and sent to my GP, she has gone extra mile and called the clinic and me couple of time because it wasn't received originally. I acknowledge this service as something I will also do. But, I see this rarely with many these days. Apart from this, she had a lot of patience and tolerance and she was able to calm me down through her nice manners when I was frustrated. It's in her nature to help and do her job to the best of her abilities. I also appreciate Capitol radiology for fitting me in for the scan very quickly.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the lovely receptionist to the technician who was going to perform my ct scan to the doctor on site that needed to be consulted, the experience all round by these kind professionals was faultless. Thank you for your care and reassurance today (04/03/2026).

Western Private Radiology has (despite what they claim) very poor customer service. It took me several emails and 3 ph calls to try and book an apt, after waiting over 55 mins to speak with someone l was faced with a rude woman who said let me check but without notifying me, she put me through to someone else, when the 2nd person NINA answered l said oh the other lady is helping me, she said no she put you through to me, then NINA was very rude and it felt like she was baiting me. She said you will have to wait at least 3 weeks are you happy with that, l said what else am l to do, you are going to have to pay $330 are you happy with that, l said if thats what l have to do, she tried to get me to ring other places and l said l am not prepared to be on hold for another hour. I do not condone aggressiveness but l can now see why it happens because no one should have to put up with such extremely poor customer service and nastiness from that practice, there is no way l want to put my person at risk by going there. They are extremely RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE they warn public not to be like that so why can they treat the public like that. There is simply no excuses for their poor customer service and aggressiveness.
