I had a great experience with Capital Radiology. I called and spoke with Anh, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though they were fully booked, she managed to fit me in on the same day so I could get my ultrasound done, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, the staff were welcoming and even provided a parking ticket so I wouldn’t get fined, which was a really thoughtful touch. The sonographer was also friendly and professional, making the appointment comfortable. Overall, the whole team was kind, accommodating, and easy to deal with. It made a stressful situation much easier, especially so close to Christmas. Highly recommend.

Both the receptionists were amazing. Even over the phone when booking an appointment, they were clear, patient and made sure any information i needed was provided to me. During the visit, my experience was the same. The specialist who conducted a the ultrasound was respectful and ensured i left with clarity for my next steps.
