I have now been to Capital Radiology Knox 4-5 times i guess. Love the way each time I had getting an appointment that suited me. Even twice walking in and them seeing me promptly. But of course always ph to check. Its modern ,clean, pleasant environment in the waiting room. No issues with parking. A short walk to the entrance.staff excellent and today the radiologist was caring polite and professional. So deserves 5 stars yes yes.

Lucinda is such a real jewel glowing throughout! I've had my best customer service experience with her so far among many others and she really makes a difference. She gives real-life Barbie vibes and I'm loving it! Would have given her 10 stars if I could! Thanks Lucinda!

5 star care from the time I walked in. Caring friendly nurse who relayed to me all she was preparing for the doctor to come. Happy relaxing interaction. Doctor arrived. Introducing himself. Instead of feeling nervous, I was relaxed and had whole faith in the procedure. In fact… the procedure was over before I knew it. Fabulous experience
