Capital Radiology — Footscray Western Private Hospital

Last Monday (11.5.2026), I contacted the Capital Radiology Western Private hospital at 12.47pm to find out if I can get an appointment urgently. I was so surprised to hear that I can have it done in 20 or 30 minutes. Erin (the Receptionist) is very kind and friendly. Joy (the Radiographer) is professional and extremely helpful. She said it might take 3 working days to get the reports but she will try to help. On that day, she printed out the films for me to take to my Specialist and will ask for the reports to be sent to my doctor ASAP. When I called the clinic last Tuesday at 3.17pm and talked to Kaithlyn who said that the results of my X rays were sent to my referrer' s doctor already. I told her I will not see that doctor but a surgeon. She kindly agreed to send the results direct to my Surgeon who I will see the next day. Joy, Erin and Kaithlyn are so helpful and amazing. Thank you so much for giving me terrific experiences and great support. I highly recommend this clinic to all patients who want the best services.

I am utterly floored by the service we received on Saturday 10/01/26 at 6pm. Being the last patient of the day, Ash and Arthur went above and beyond to assist us despite of a booking error. Ash and Arthur were so understanding, helpful and took their time prioritising safety and empathy. It was really refreshing to meet such compassionate people and on behalf of my client and I we are truly appreciative and grateful for the experience we encountered. If I could give 10000 stars I would 🌟 ❤️ Thank you guys!!! 😊

Ashley was incredible. Her willingness to help locate an urgent MRI appointment was outstanding & all delivered with a polite, friendly manner. She is an excellent example of customer service & deserves so much more than this review. THANKYOU!
