Jessica at Capital Radiology in Epping is outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and clearly understands her role and responsibilities with great professionalism. At the same time, she is genuinely kind, caring, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calm and compassionate approach truly sets her apart. I highly recommend Jessica—she is too good at what she does.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the beautiful lady called Sandy at the front desk who assisted me. Her customer service was amazing and she was incredibly helpful and considerate. She was very understanding and genuinely cared a lot to help me out. I had a bad experience at another competitor in the area with bad service. Also thanks to the sonographer Brian who was also amazing. Lots of compassion and understanding from them both. Thank you again!! Much appreciated and i hope the boss sees this. Definitely don't let these staff members go.

Tina is absolutely excellent! Best customer service I have had in a long time. She was so sweet and helpful in finding an appointment the same day in the other radiology offices. Capitol radiology - give Tina a raise! Hahahah. Wonderful experience.
