Extremely professional, caring and helpful. Both receptionists I dealt with (on phone and in person) were very calm and thorough making sure I knew everything about my appointment. Everything ran on time and I was very happy with the service.

Receptionist Ben is doing amazing job , he is very friendly , but at the same time is going such a prompt professional work trying to assist a few people at the same time and always smile . Guarav was amazing too while doing my ultrasound. Extremely professional and kind people which make this place the best for images. 5 stars truly !!!!!

I cannot praise this location (Elsternwick) highly enough. From the moment you enter -all the reception staff are knowledeable and kind..with a special shout out to Ben. A huge plus is that Ive never had to wait more than two or three minutes for my scheduled appointment. I've had many x-rays done by Gavin over the years and more recently I've had a six week course of Euflexxa injections in both my knee and ankle and the very brilliant Ivor has worked wonders, assisted by Eric. These Euflexxa injections have been a life saver for me. So I'd like to thank everyone here for their patience and kindness
