I've been here a few times after having a terrible experience with Marina Radiology Cranbourne. Tony was the technician who performed the procedure on both occasions, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. His service was outstanding from start to finish—professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout the entire process. The front desk staff were also very professional, welcoming, and efficient. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this clinic. Keep up the great work! 👏👏

Very polite and professional staff. I arrived as the radiologists were about to take their lunch break so I went for a wander and came back at the suggested time. Was taken back for my scan very quickly. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the curtains in the changing cubicles as it was a bit gappy.

I visited over the weekend (28/02/26) for an urgent scan on my daughter’s left wrist. Sam at the front desk was incredible — she immediately understood the urgency and made sure the scan and report were prioritized. Thanks to her effort, the in‑house doctor reviewed the results the same morning, allowing us to head straight to ED for further treatment. Sam went above and beyond with her care, professionalism, and sense of responsibility. Exceptional service — truly appreciated!
