I’ve been here twice. Lovely staff, and the guy at receptionist is doing an excellent work. My first time was for ultrasound and the lady was extremely caring and clear with instructions. She even appreciated me for following water ‘drinking’ instructions prior showing up at the clinic. Second time was for X-ray and that too was fairly smooth and fluidic experience. The whole place is super clean and well organised.
I came here twice for an x-rays and was always feel welcoming from all the staff. Feel lucky to have this place close by :) The place is clean and warm.
I've had many different types of scans at different clinics throughout my life however I have never encountered a clinic as unorganised and unprofessional as this particular branch. I had booked an important ultrasound, from the get go the receptionist over the phone seemed condescending and as if she was doing me some sort of personal favour by answering the phone. This was fine, I understand people have off days and answering phones all day may get exhausting, so I didn't think too much of it. When I attended my appointment, everything seemed to be going okay. However, during the scan, the radiologist was making a few bizarre remarks that honestly just gave me a lot anxiety - it felt like she was seeing something serious on my scan, but was clearly unable to tell me?? I don't want to share too much due to this being a public review, but I left feeling very uncomfortable and anxious about the implications of the potential results. They told me that results should be finalised on the following Monday. These results were not finalised. I saw my GP a full week after this scan was preformed and to both our dismay nothing had been sent through. Upon calling the clinic for further, the reception was again, rude to my GP and said that they were not finalised, and should be by the end of the week. They were again not finalised by the end of the week, and it took me calling twice more to finally track these results down myself. When I called for the first time, they said they would call me once the results were sent to my GP, but no, I had to call myself again for confirmation. Overall the experience was uncomfortable, unorganised and honestly has left me with a lot of doubt upon the accuracy of the scans. These scans were not free, and it is not a hobby of mine to seek out unnecessary medical testing; why should patients be made to seek out their results as if the clinic is doing them some kind of personal favour? I have been to other branchs of Capital Radiology and they have been lovely! However this accumulation of continued mistreatment and disorganisation breached levels of unacceptability.
