I don’t normally write lots of reviews but I’m really hopping that this gets passed on to one of your employees Angus who did my pelvic ultrasound on Friday. I was very anxious going into this appointment and he remained very calm, professional and explained everything to me so clearly. He was such a legend! The clinic also is very nice and modern and the wait time was very minimal. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Unless I have to go to another centre for medical reasons, i would always aim to use Capital for my scans. Their suites are very handy access for me, they bulk bill, the receptionists and radiologists are all friendly and caring. You don’t just feel like “a number”. With medical tests being such a time of stress, its comforting to know I’ll be in good hands at Capital, Camberwell. Thanks to the team for your good work!

I recently visited Capital Radiology in Camberwell and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of their service. The clinic wasn’t crowded, and there wasn’t much of a wait time, which made the experience smooth and convenient. One of the standout features is that you can simply walk in without needing to book an appointment, which is perfect for anyone with a busy schedule or needing last-minute imaging services. However, I did find the clinic's main entry a bit confusing. From the outside, it’s not very clear where the entrance is located, and some additional signage or directions could definitely help first-time visitors. Once inside, though, everything was well-organized and professional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that the process was seamless. They explained the procedure clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. The clinic also seemed well-maintained and clean, which is always reassuring in a healthcare setting. It’s evident that they prioritize patient care and efficiency. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for radiology services in the Camberwell area. With just a little improvement in the external wayfinding, this would be an exceptional place for quick and hassle-free diagnostic imaging. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service!
