Always amazing. Sammy and Holly were particularly helpful explaining everything in detail. Sammy was able to accommodate my appointment time at short notice and clearly explained the steps required before the procedure. Whenever possible I only go to this location.

Admin staff were very helpful in sorting my appt & Sam was quick to respond to my email referral to schedule me in & even rescheduling the appt. The other two girls Holly & Ruby have also been helpful with my previous tests, I don’t normally remember peoples name, just the good ones ! Please pass on my appreciation to the Balaclava branch

A few things went wrong before my appointment, but the receptionist and sonographer were incredibly helpful and kind. They did everything they could to assist, and I really appreciated their support.
