Absolutely amazing staff. I have a great fear of MRI's. From the moment I walked in to book the appointment right through to completion of the appointment everyone I had contact with were amazing. From reception staff, to the guy doing the MRI (I wont name him here) He was just awesome made the experience bearable and I was able to get through it. Cheers to all the staff. Highly recommend.

Staff were great. Everything is well presented. Radio advert is misleading in that they don't necessarily bulk bill. Not me anyway. I was told of the cost beforehand though

Visited recently with my partner and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Privacy concerns: Reception staff spoke very loudly on the phone, and we could hear private details of other patients’ appointments. Some privacy screens or training in discretion would make a big difference. Booking issues: During the scan, the Sonographer checked her calendar and said she could see us the following week, as my baby was measuring 11 weeks (too early for the 12-week scan). However, when we returned to reception, staff would not allow the Sonographer to book us in. Instead, they told us the next available appointment was three weeks away — which would push us past the required timeframe for the 12-week scan. Outcome: We were eventually booked in at Bendigo, a two-hour drive away. If I had known this while still in the room, I would not have agreed to leave and come back. We were also charged for the appointment — a lower rate than the 12-week scan, but still disappointing given the circumstances. On the positive side, the building itself is nice and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Overall, the lack of communication and flexibility was very frustrating. Some improvements in privacy, communication, and scheduling processes would really help future patients.
